cute smiles clean room unsmiling staff no reply

From the start, I received cute smiles from the receptionist. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and ensured restful sleep. The location had easy access and it was much better value than the Airport hotels.

The check-in wasn't bad, but it wasn't excellent either. The staff at the check-in counter didn't smile. I also tried to email the hotel with a request to check, but there wasn't any reply. The service didn't quite match the price paid.
